Typical Duties of an Ambassador

Greet new comers

Introduce them to others ask them about themselves & their business

Invite them to chamber events

Assist the chamber in bringing in new members

Mentor new members and answer their questions

Assist with making phone calls to welcome new businesses

Help with registration or set up of events

Sit in on other Chamber committees and support as needed
Commitment as an Ambassador

Conduct myself in a professional manner, demonstrating respect and integrity.

Attend 2 major chamber functions in a given term

Attend all monthly ambassador meetings
-
Attend 8 events(any combination) Ribbon Cutting, Grand Opening, Open House, New Member Expo, Mixer, BCN, Value to Business Breakfast

Participate, sharing ideas, making suggestions, etc.
