Alex Haimann, a native of Michigan, began his professional journey at the Smithsonian Institution's National Postal Museum in Washington, DC. Following graduation from Washington University in St. Louis with an MBA in 2012, Alex met San Francisco-based Less Annoying CRM's founders, brothers Bracken & Tyler King. Two years later, Less Annoying CRM received an Arch Grant and moved its headquarters to downtown St. Louis, Missouri. Alex joined the company full-time shortly after the move. In his role as Partner & Head of Business Development, he leads projects focused on expanding the company's active customer base, at present totaling over 8,000 small businesses and non-profits in over 70 countries. Less Annoying CRM is proud to be a bootstrapped startup, never having taken outside investor funding. In 2017, the company received the St. Louis Business Journal's Best Places To Work For Young Professionals Award.
