Bill is the founder, owner and President of AMS Paving. AMS Paving is one of the largest contractors in Southern California, with the capacity for large scale paving contracts across California.
Past Chair
Norm Siddiqui is the President of Crown Technical Systems, located in Fontana, CA. He has over thirty years’ experience in the Power-Utility Business. The company is a premier manufacturer of engineered custom-built Control Rooms and Power Distribution Centers for the Utility, Power Generation, and Renewable Power Industry.

For more than 30 years Mike has served as Vice President of Burrtec and is truly the face of the organization. He is actively involved in the community and volunteers his time to the Fontana Chamber of Commerce and other organizations, and was the proud Chairman of the Board in 2022-2023.

Juan, along with his wife, Luz, are the founders and owners of La Tapatia Mexican Grill, Restaurants. He has been in the restaurant industry for 43 years, has been a Fontana resident for thirty-three years, and is a Knights of Columbus and Fontana Elks member.

Raj Sangha is President of the Dhindsa Group of Companies, Inc., which has ownership interests in logistics, commercial truck fleets, truck driving schools, various gas stations and restaurants, including Waba Grill, Spice Jar, and Chop Stop. Raj is proud to be a former Chairman of the Fontana Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Rose is the CEO/President of Castle Importing, Inc. They provide quality cheeses which encompass organic, vegan, and Kosher certified cheese. In addition to Italian cheeses, they provide products servicing the retail, food service industry, and portion control industries. They are proud to be (Safe Quality Foods) SQF Certified, and pride themselves with the motto, “Say what you do, do what you say, and prove it.”

Aman is the founder, owner, and president of South Star Logistics, which specializes in warehousing, logistics, and transportation. He is also the CEO of Optimum Logistics, a 3PL Company, and an avid investor in industrial and residential real estate.

Dr. Krupal Chhotu was born and raised in Fontana, California. He attended Case Western Reserve University, School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio where he completed his Doctorate in Dental Medicine. After graduating dental school in 2012, he returned to California and continued his education. He completed a General Practice Residency at the West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Hospital and UCLA. After completing the residency, he returned to the Inland Empire to practice dentistry. Dr. Chhotu performs all aspects of dentistry.

Frank is the owner of CMAX Commercial Maintenance. Frank started his company back in 2012, and after years of learning the industry and building a fleet of sweepers, CMAX has now become the fastest growing sweeping fleet in California and possibly the nation. Now Operating over 60 trucks daily - CMAX has now partnered with Burrtec and sweeps all of the Inland Empire including yours truly the City of Fontana! Frank is married to his high school sweetheart Cristina and has 3 beautiful boys Christian Max (baby CMAX), Nathan and Ethan.

Jamie started his career in the automotive industry back in 1997, and since then, he has dedicated more than two decades to Sunrise Ford. Today, he serves as Vice President and Partner of both Sunrise Ford of Fontana and North Hollywood. Under his leadership, the Fontana store has grown to become the second-largest Ford dealership in all of California. Beyond the business, Jamie loves being involved in the community and is passionate about giving back.

Ron has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He proudly served in the U.S. Army and is a combat Veteran. He continues to serve his brothers and sisters who have defended our Freedom and prioritizes giving back to our Veterans and Community. He is married to his beautiful wife Michelle, and they have two children. Their daughter is a Special Education Teacher and their son is a 1st Lieutenant, Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army.

Their focus is not just internal success, but a community that thrives together. Fontana CDJR serves the community first through various partnerships with local first responders, high schools, and nonprofits. Art is also an advocate for our local youth and faith-based organizations to help them be successful. In his words, “I Live, Work and Eat in Fontana”.

Ken has been the Chief Operating Officer for Kaiser Permanente, Fontana since 2016. Ken has nearly 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, both in the non-profit and for-profit sectors of health care.

Amy is a co-owner of Tio’s Restaurants. There are five Tio’s restaurants in total, but their flagship location is right here in Fontana, Tio’s Mexican Grille, and Cantina.
