On The Job Training Funds
Our On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program is designed to help local employers grow and strengthen their teams. Through a reimbursement program in partnership with San Bernardino County, eligible businesses can receive financial support to help offset employee wages during onboarding or when promoting existing staff. If your company falls within the priority industry sectors outlined on our website, you may qualify. It’s a great way to invest in your workforce while reducing training costs and building long-term success.
